Lori has been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 2008, over 16 years on the mats. Her first thought when she stepped on the mat was, “WHAT AM I DOING HERE?!” And yet she never left. That journey from total beginner to Black Belt is exactly why she's the perfect guide for new students.
Lori's approach to teaching is patient, expressive, and deeply rooted in technique. She's known for her ability to connect with students at every level, but she has a special passion for helping first-timers get comfortable and fall in love with Jiu-Jitsu the way she did.
