Age-appropriate martial arts for youth ages 4–17. Building confidence, discipline, and body awareness through positive coaching.
Our youth programs are designed to meet kids where they are. We use martial arts as a vehicle to teach life skills, including focus, respect, perseverance, and problem-solving, in a fun, structured environment.
Younger students (ages 4–6) focus on balance, coordination, safe falling, and basic movement patterns. Older youth (7–17) progress through the Team Curran youth curriculum, learning real BJJ technique, competition skills, and self-defense.
Every class is led by experienced coaches who prioritize safety and encouragement. We celebrate effort over outcome, and our students consistently build the confidence to handle challenges both on and off the mats.
