What to Expect

Hapkido is a Korean martial art focused on practical self-defense. Unlike sport-focused arts, Hapkido trains you for real-world situations โ€” standing defense, wrist grabs, chokes, and common attacks.

Classes cover joint locks, throws, pressure points, and situational awareness. You'll learn to redirect an attacker's energy and control situations calmly and effectively โ€” regardless of your size or strength.

This program is ideal for anyone who wants real-world safety skills without the intensity of competitive martial arts. It's practical, accessible, and empowering.

Adults and teens 14+. No prior martial arts experience required.
