Our kickboxing classes are designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're looking to get in shape, relieve stress, or learn striking fundamentals โ this class delivers.
Each session combines pad work, heavy bag rounds, and partner drills with full-body conditioning. You'll learn proper punching and kicking technique while getting one of the best workouts of your week.
No sparring required. The focus is on technique, fitness, and having fun. You'll leave every class feeling stronger, more confident, and energized.
Adults 16+. All fitness levels welcome. No prior experience needed.
